Uber will collect and use your MPTP card number, relevant Uber account details, MPTP program status, and trip details for trips where you use your MPTP subsidy, including pick-up and drop-off locations, vehicle option, and pick-up and drop-off times.
Uber uses this information to check eligibility, link your Uber account to the MPTP program, issue and administer your subsidy voucher, apply the subsidy to eligible trips, support program reporting, reconciliation, audit, troubleshooting and dispute handling, and meet MPTP program requirements.
Uber may share relevant MPTP enrolment and trip information with Safe Transport Victoria and service providers that help administer the program, including DemandTrans.
